About Engage3P: Our Philosophy
At Engage3P, we believe progress doesn't start with force or speed.
It starts with space. The space to see where we're stuck, to reconnect with what matters, and to move forward with greater humanity and clarity.
We don't view stuckness as failure.
We see it as the invitation to lead differently.
This belief is at the heart of everything we do.
It’s captured in what we call The Engage3P Momentum Principle.
At Engage3P, our team isn't just aligned to this philosophy. We are living proof of it.
Meet the team bringing The Unstuck Principle to life every day.
About Us
Shera L. Haliczer
Founder & Chief Momentum Officer
The 'Why Detective' who helps C-suite leaders and senior executives turn organizational challenges into competitive advantages. With experience as former Chief HR Officer for top-tier firms and extensive technology leadership in solution architecture, Shera brings a multi-lens perspective that uncovers root causes others miss.
Through her Strategic Momentum Method and People-Process-Platform framework, she reduces executive turnover, unlocks productivity gains through strategic technology adoption, and creates alignment that drives measurable business results. Her superpower? Pattern recognition across disciplines that reveals the interconnected challenges behind surface problems.
Unlike traditional consultants who follow the same playbook everywhere, Shera approaches each organization as genuinely unique. She doesn't just identify what's broken. She understands why it's happening and creates actionable roadmaps to fix it.
Engage3P delivers strategic clarity without the consulting games. No vendor conflicts, no multi-million dollar engagements, no dependency creation. Just objective analysis, human-centered solutions, and implementation plans that organizations can execute with confidence.
'My agenda isn't to sell you something. It's to identify what's really broken and give you the roadmap to fix it.'"
