But always the same goal:

Over time, I started noticing a pattern:

But because they were too close to the problem — and never got the space to step back and really see what was going on.
There’s always pressure to move. A budget to follow. A deadline to hit.
But in the rush to decide, we skip the clarity that actually makes change sustainable.
